Through my work, I envision a world where every child grows up in a safe, nurturing environment, free from harm and filled with opportunities to thrive.
Project Description
Guardians of Dreams is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening India’s childcare ecosystem by recognizing it as a critical aspect of human capital development. Our goal is to build a robust ecosystem that ensures high-quality care for India’s vulnerable children, starting with upgrading and standardizing childcare practices in group care settings like Children's Homes. Through our Capacity Accelerator Program, we equip Child Care Institutions (CCIs) with the essential knowledge, management support, and operational funding to drive outcome-focused, high quality care to children.
