Leadership Vision
I believe that leadership is a collective effort rooted in empathy, ethical action, and the courage to challenge systemic injustices. My approach is centered on co-creating solutions with those most affected by social issues, ensuring their voices guide sustainable change. By integrating mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and survivor-led innovation, I strive to bring together an inclusive leadership model that bridges grassroots activism with institutional policy reform. Through deep listening, adaptability, and systems thinking, I want to cultivate equitable solutions that empower communities and inspire transformative impact.
Project Description
My project focuses on survivor-led interventions to combat human trafficking by integrating mental health resources with economic empowerment. Through Sincerely, Her, I work to provide vocational training, trauma-informed support, and seed funding to survivors, ensuring they have the tools to reclaim agency over their lives. My work has allowed for personal resilience in survivors and aims to bridge grassroots efforts with systemic reform. By co-producing solutions, I aim to shift the narrative from victimhood to leadership, amplifying their voices in shaping sustainable anti-trafficking strategies.
