Mankaa Kura is dedicated to making mental health support to Nepalis across the world, bridging both physical and virtual spaces. The work builds an ecosystem that connects individuals seeking care, mental health practitioners, and institutional partners, creating system for sustainable support across schools, workplaces, and beyond.
Mankaa Kura seeks to dismantle stigma around mental health and build a sustainable model of care guided by the belief that anyone going through a difficult time should have access to the care they need.
