Ashira Pelt

My leadership approach stems from the understanding that we are all deeply interconnected; my role is simply to be one of the stewards of the flow between connections. I lead by tending to the flow of knowledge, energy, and care between the groups I work with. I uplift the places where this flow is easy and natural and where there is friction, use it as a place to learn and strive for change.

Ashira works with the Consensus Building Institute (CBI) dignity and inclusion to mediation and high-level stakes facilitation.
