I envision a world where every individual, irrespective of their circumstances of birth, has the choice to lead a life of love, dignity, and purpose. I strive to lead with compassion, courage, and integrity, towards a thriving and harmonious Northeast India. My leadership is dedicated to nurturing others to recognize their own inherent values and empowering them to live authentically by their principles.
Project Description
Founded on the vision of a thriving and harmonious Northeast India, Ayang Trust’s School Library Project fosters language and critical life skills in 7,000 primary children across 200 government schools. The initiative utilizes children’s literature to anchor empathy and enquiry. I aim to empower our coordinators and facilitators through a journey of personal transformation, seeding a culture of self-enquiry and dialogue within the team. Ultimately, this project seeks to build a movement of skilled, community-rooted leaders capable of driving systemic social change and dignity throughout the region.
