Leadership Vision
My leadership vision is to be someone who embodies and inspires true collective leadership. Rather than leading from an elevated position atop a linear hierarchy, I want to lead as a collective, where myriad experiences and voices are heard and valued. Together we would operate as an ecosystem of leaders and learners, each of us fluctuating between the two roles. It is from this place that I believe true change can occur.
Project Description
Sanctuary Rent Fund's mission is to end homelessness among refugees in the UK. The current system leaves too many refugees homeless after they are granted their legal refugee status, leaving them stuck in a gap between asylum accommodation and permanent housing. SRF will provide interest-free deposit and rent loans for refugees when they are forced to leave government-provided accommodation, bridging the gap and enabling every refugee to find their sanctuary in the UK.
