Leadership Vision
As I lead, I strive to make a bigger circle, to include more voices, passions, and perspectives in decision-making and action. In my practice, I value and honor the wisdom and strength of the collective, and I do my best to highlight the gifts of those around me, and to facilitate spaces that allow others to shine in their gifts.
Project Description
EAGER is an emerging community of practice aimed at supporting arts and community cultural workers to create durable avenues for transformation and power building. We create the conditions for vital, soulful work to take place in our communities. Through mutual aid, skill-share, and reparative giving, we are creating infrastructure and culture to protect artists and their families from economic and climate displacement.
