Leadership Vision
I see leadership as the discipline of listening deeply in a noisy world. I am learning that goodness begins with asking the right questions, especially in moments of tension or disagreement. Instead of reacting immediately, I pause and ask myself, “How can I help?” because that question guards me from becoming what I am trying to change. To me, leadership is the daily choice to remain curious and to act with compassion.
Project Description
Foris labs is a gamified 3D virtual science laboratory brand simulating real science laboratories environment and allows students to conduct science experiments individually and in groups interactively via their mobile phones or laptops. It allows students access to the laboratory anywhere anytime and allows them to demystify science concepts like a pro.
Through immersive technology, we are re-engaging learners and providing an enhanced learning environment. We provide a deeper understanding of science subjects by allowing, for example, students to take a VR journey through a laboratory practical of acid-base titration, stimulating their interest with the gamification of science experiments to increased personalisation of learning goals and recording of progress hence higher engagement and enriched comprehension.
