Project Description
Generation is a nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives through employment. We recruit, train, and place non-traditional candidates in entry-level roles across diverse industries. Upon completing the program, graduates embark on an employment journey that connects them directly with employers. Our long-term goal is to help them build meaningful careers, leading to improved financial stability and overall well-being.
