My vision of leadership is rooted in service, compassion, and responsibility toward both people and the natural world. I believe leadership is not about authority, but about creating spaces where communities can thrive and cultures can evolve in thoughtful and meaningful ways while ecosystems are protected. Through my work in Ladakh, I strive to nurture regenerative models that empower local livelihoods while honoring the deep connection between people, place, and purpose.
My Compassion in Action project focuses on building a regenerative model in Ladakh that brings together community, craft, food, and travelers in a way that benefits both people and the land. Through my work, I aim to create spaces and systems that connect artisans, farmers, homestay owners, and travelers in meaningful and responsible ways. The goal is to strengthen and reimagine local craft traditions while nurturing community participation and stewardship of place.
