My leadership vision starts with connecting with oneself. It is knowing we all have a calling. Connecting with that calling is the basis of self leadership; where all leadership begins. From there, it is realizing we are connected to all and to the journey of channeling our raw talent and developed skill in working together to build the world we are here now to realize. Today, I am here to heal, liberate, and transform individuals, communities, and systems.
In a world increasingly shaped by disconnection, burnout, and ecological crisis, Spiritual Quotient (SQ) offers a framework to rehumanize the private sector by integrating spiritual intelligence—compassion, presence, and purpose—into the core of leadership and organizational life. Rather than adapting spirituality to fit business norms, SQ challenges the foundations of extractive capitalism and invites business to be reshaped by spirituality. Rooted in academic research on spiritual intelligence as the ability to access higher values and act in alignment with them, SQ helps leaders shift from decision-making driven by fear and greed to choices guided by love, joy, and ethical clarity. It measures one’s ability to operate from a state of Being—not just knowing or doing—fostering authenticity, empathy, and inner spaciousness in leadership.
SQ works across three levels: the individual, the organization, and the wider system. At the individual level, it supports inner transformation through practices of reflection, emotional awareness, and ethical alignment. At the organizational level, it introduces tools to review cultural resonance, rewire governance toward care and dignity, and embed high-frequency leadership practices into daily operations. Systemically, it offers a playbook to shift business education, investment logic, and value narratives toward regenerative economies. The initiative begins with a pilot focused on business schools—redefining leadership development as soul work—and will expand into private sector collaborations, enabling companies to transition from extraction to regeneration, from disconnection to deep belonging
